Pelagic Paradise offers unbeatable access to the Atlantic and Gulf. You have a direct line from the house to the Atlantic or the Gulf courtesy of the Vaca Cut. This location stands to be one of the most desired boating location in all of the Florida Keys.
There is room for your boat trailer outside the house as well as a municipal trailer lot on the island. Access to a launch is less than two miles from the house, directly across Overseas Highway.

Outside, the backyard faces east which is great for some shade in the late afternoons. Semi-private backyard with 4 comfortable lounge chairs plus a patio set with umbrella and 4 cushioned chairs. 37 feet of dock space on a step-down dock, water/electric, fish table, bait freezer and outdoor lighting.
The location is in desirable Key Colony Beach and a reservation includes free membership to the CABANA CLUB, a private pool club with an ocean-front beach and much more!
